Quentin Verreycken is a historian of crime, justice, and wartime violence in late medieval and early modern Europe. His research focuses on the impact of war on society and how communities, governments, and justice responded to military violence. His most recent book is Crimes et gens de guerre au Moyen Âge (2023).
